Pete's Super Duper Sanding Station Kit (Rotary Tool Version)

• Allows for accurate edge sanding
• Includes 3/4" x 12TPI adapter for Dremels with that size nose thread.
Models 300, 395, 398, 400, 4000, 4200, 4250, 4300, 8000, 8200, 8220, 8240. 8260, (Should be ok with any model that will take the Dremel plunge router item 335)
• Includes a 19x2mm adapter for many of the non Dremel rotary tools on the market.
• Repeatable results every time. The arc is clearly marked out in one degree graduations.
• Sand opposite angles by using the other fence side.
• Also allows you to use other Dremel or similar attachment such as other diameter sanding drums and router bits.
All you need to add is a piece of 16mm or thicker Melamine board 200mm wide by 400mm long to form a base.

A set of angle plates in the four most useful angles.
When fitted to the bottom of the rotary tool base the sanding drum is tipped to the chosen angle allowing you to sand edges accordingly.
Super Duper 30 x 50 x 150 sanding block (double sided)

Add this sanding block for the times when you would prefer to sand manually.
I recommend using Selleys double sided tape from most stationary supplies.
• Double sided.
• High enough for sanding using both top and bottom on many components. (effectively 4 sanding areas per block)
• Rounded ends for better lead in to sanding.
• Each end has a score line, making trimming of double sided tape and sandpaper much easier.
