Pete's Ro-Tate-Me Wing jig with 3, 8mm or 6mm wing rod supports in either 100 or 70mm spacing

• You supply the 19mm aluminium tubing, and your choice of rod size.
• Includes a set of 10 rib spacers in 80x90, 60x70, or 50x65mm your choice.
• Gives complete 360deg access to wing panel. Yes, that's right you can rotate the wing panel completely, as well as being able to flip it end for end, how's that for flexibility.
• Lock in place at any angle. Just by a fraction of a turn of the locking knobs the jig will stay in place, Leading edge up, down, or at an angle, or flipped right aroundd to give great access to the underside.
• Caters for any length wing panel. You would have no trouble building a two to 3 meter wing panel on this jig. ( I'm not going to show you as I don't have a car big enough to carry a model of that size.)
• Quickly & easily removable from work bench without upsetting wing panel. Just undo the four thump screws, and you can remove the wing panel, still mounted securely on the main jig. Great when you suddenly find you need the workbench for something else. Or, when you've had enough, you can simply hang the jig on a hook using the hanging eye supplied. You can come back to it tomorrow, next week, or in five years.
• Optional 100mm riser block set available, to bring the rib rod height to aprox 350mm above workbench. The standard jig places the ribs about 250mm above the bench, that's usually enough, but if your working on a wing with a really big cord, the riser blocks will give you another 100 mm of clearance.
